Cloud Tectonics

Directed by veteran filmmaker Marissa Chibás and written by Oscar winner José Rivera, the story follows two people stuck in a storm– one cast out by those she trusted, the other stuck in the mundane – and how they found each other.

CLOUD TECTONICS is an incredible play by Academy Award-nominated writer José Rivera, directed by Marissa Chibás, and featuring the talented actors Bobby Soto, Clayton Cardenas, and Andrea Londo.

This in-person event will be held at Inner-City Arts, located on Kohler Street in Los Angeles, CA. Don’t miss the chance to experience this captivating play in the heart of the city.

THE STORY In the midst of a dark storm, two people – one cast out by those she trusted, the other stuck in the mundane – find each other. The pregnant Celestina can stop time, but it’s a power that she can’t control. Everything beautiful about love, both timeless and fleeting, is turned into magic. The moments that they find normal, delicate feelings of home can be everything.
