The AWD #MentorLatinaDirectors Initiative is a mentor/mentee program for current AWD members who are Latina/x/e-identifying. The program is designed to foster meaningful relationships and focus on career growth, enrichment and development with industry creatives.
The program consists of 1. At least one 60 min meeting between Mentor/Mentee, seeking to help guide and advise on the AWD members’ career development in specified areas of their career interest(s) and 2. Community-building activities and meet ups among each cycle’s Mentee participants.
